When receiving the package, in the presence of the driver, you must make a note of any issues on the delivery slip provided for this purpose.

Your notes should be precise, complete, dated, and signed. They should enable us to determine the nature of the damaged goods, the number of items involved, and the extent of the damage.

You should then contact your sender.
