What are the maximum weights and dimensions allowed ?
To ensure the proper handling and delivery of your package, please adhere to the weight and size limits mentioned below.
Weight:
Your package must not exceed 30 kg.
Important : For drop-off or delivery at a Pickup point, the package weight must not exceed 20 kg.
Dimensions:
Your package must not exceed the maximum allowed dimensions :
L = 150 cm, L + 2H + 2W = 300 cm (unfolded)
In other words, the sum of the length + 2 heights + 2 widths must not exceed 300 cm, and the length must not exceed 150 cm.
Important : For drop-off or delivery at a Pickup point, your package must not exceed the maximum allowed dimensions :
L= 100 cm, L + 2H + 2W = 250 cm
Your package must not be smaller than the minimum allowed dimensions :
30 cm x 21 cm, minimum thickness of 3 cm or 200g
If your package does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted into our distribution network.
Note : Volumetric weight is applied for air shipments. It is calculated as follows: L x W x H (cm) / 5000 (if the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight).
If the dimensions and weight are not respected, additional charges may apply.
