Following the recent snowstorms in France, some roads have been blocked, which may disturb the pick-up and delivery of your parcels.
The areas most affected are Western France, Eastern France and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. However, delays may occur throughout the country.
Deliveries and pick-ups that cannot be made today will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Chronopost has put in place exceptional measures to limit the impact of this bad weather as much as possible.
